Kingfisher Barn is situated on the right-hand side when looking at the barns from the front. With a bright interior thanks to its side aspect, this barn offers superb views over the lawn and surrounding farmland. The property features two large en suite bedrooms downstairs and three large en suite bedrooms upstairs, all with exposed beams that add a touch of rustic charm to the spacious accommodations. Two of the upstairs bedrooms also have balconies, allowing guests to fully appreciate the lovely views. Each bedroom is equipped with a small flat-screen television and ample wardrobe space, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
Woodpecker Barn offers a slightly different layout, with two large bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has twin beds with a zip and link option, along with an en suite shower/bathroom. The second bedroom also offers the zip and link option and includes a wet room. On the first floor, there are two additional large bedrooms, each featuring a four-poster bed and en suite bath/shower rooms. The barn has a spacious living area complete with a flat-screen television, oak flooring, a wood burner, and large, comfortable sofas. The well-equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, tiled flooring, and access to a small enclosed courtyard, perfect for private outdoor dining or relaxing.
Kestrel Barn is identical in layout to Kingfisher Barn and occupies the middle position in this stunning collection of holiday homes. Like its counterparts, Kestrel Barn provides a spacious and comfortable stay, with large en suite bedrooms and charming features such as exposed beams and lovely views.
Guests at Piggyback Barns also have access to a function hall located to the rear of all the barns. This hall is available for use by guests during their stay, subject to private hire. Inside, the hall features a mini gym and a selection of games to entertain children for hours. There is also a generous grassy area outside for outdoor activities. The hall's catering kitchen and drinks fridge make it an ideal venue for gatherings or dinners with family and friends. With five long oak tables and faux leather chairs, the hall can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests, providing a versatile space for any occasion.
