Sometimes it gets to 5:30 pm and I think, "Is it too early to go to bed?" Or, "Is it too late to have an afternoon nap?"
I'd had four cups of coffee during/after my noon lunch with Mary, so I don't know why I felt so faded.

Yesterday afternoon, I did just one little crafty type job on one cutlery box. I had found one for $5 at a thrift store last week while I was in Prince George for my shoulder ultrasound.
I had "help".
Although I had said to a select few friends and family members that I might have enough cutlery boxes, I could not leave that particular one. The thrift store was also the only one I visited during my overnight trip … so this was meant to be. It was in better shape than some boxes I'd paid $20 or more for! Also … not smelly. 😀
I decided I'd try putting little faux antique corners on this one. The project started with me being unable to grasp or tap the 3/8" brads into the wood, and there were four per corner! I finally used a micro (jeweller's) drill and a tiny bit to make a minuscule pilot hole … then it got easier and easier.
Then I fashioned a chicken light for the hen house.
It is prettier "in real life", brighter too. It's a melamine colander with a "cool" light bulb in it. 🐓

I don't know what today will bring. As I'm planning to take the car in to the Honda dealership for its new "H" tomorrow, I should grab some items to donate to the hospice thrift store. Then buy nothing "new".
Hahaha … I'm still going to look. 🤷🏼♀️
Hope your day is beautiful in every way.
Love, Ann
