I'm sending thanks to Frank J. Tassone for the cool (& timely) prompt: "Equinox". ---------[||]--------- A couple of decades ago, before our home existed, My Beloved Sandra and I had to sit down and negotiate with the village's Select Board's Zoning Committee in order to seek (and obtain!) an exemption and alteration of the legally limited buildable area of our newly-purchased 20-acre Sunset Heights Property Lot up on Chamberlin Hill, allowing us to orient our soon-to-be Home Sweet Home oversized deck and glass-walled living area so that the view would be due west, allowing us to maximize our blissful enjoyment of sunsets, especially on the Autumnal Equinox. — — — — — up on Chamberlin Hill high — — — — — | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
