Cross Fit for the Mind

What do you value?

Cross Fit for the Mind

The Newsletter that Changes the Minds of High Performers

Plant Shelf

Last week we began to speak about values. What we value becomes self-evident from what we have said NO to. If we have trouble saying no, we are unlikely to do things we really value.

So let's say you're building up the courage to saying no more often but you're still unsure of what you will say yes to instead. This exercise might help. By the way, saying No and doing nothing is still better than saying yes to something you don't value.

Anyway:

1. Check your google searches on your phone. What comes up most often? Whatever it is, you value it.

2. Check your online banking app. What do you spend most money on? Whatever it is, you value it.

3. Where in your life are you organised and disciplined? Chances are, you value that area.

4. Where do you spend the majority of your time? You value it, whether you like that or not. If your values are not inspiring you, next week we will look at how you might get more inspired.

Enjoying the newsletter and want a friend to sign up and answer the questions/prompts with you? You can send them this link to sign up.
