Still don't have a clue what you value after the last two weeks? For the next 7-days, do this. Start tomorrow Monday and don't stop until this day next week. One week, commit, do it. Get a notebook and pen. And at the end of each day, write down the moments in work and in life where you were up i.e. feeling energised and inspired. Equally, write down the moments where you were low, frustrated, resentful and impatient. Now for the crazy idea. Start saying yes to more of the former and start saying no to more of the latter.
