My son is currently out for his very first driving lesson since his driving instruction back when he was in high school was interrupted by the start of the pandemic in 2020! He has been at college since then, with no car and no need for one. But he's graduating in May and will presumably have to be able to drive at some point after that. He's an adult now, so he just has to pass the DMV's test, but there is little chance of that without more practice, so he is taking lessons with Old Town Driving School over winter break.
