Chocolate
I got an intuitive thought to connect with Chocolate this morning - the wise mare that leads the herd. I sense there is something she would like to share.
I also thought I would ask the tarot cards to participate to. They often help with unravelling messages and the animal spirits, with which this deck is infused, always provide guidance.
The intention I put behind the cards today was "Chocolate - Physical, Emotional and Spiritual".
The cards came out as follows:
Physical - Queen of Swords / Jaguar / Shadows : Cutting away confusion and clearing foggy air.
Emotional - 8 of Swords / Stork / Air : A time to work towards balance and inner peace.
Spiritual - Ace of Pentacles / White Buffalo / Spirit : Divine good fortune & Spiritual abundance
We went into connection with the Pulse of the Wind.
At first we are flying high with the stork, Chocolate and I. The stork guiding us. The wind in our faces. Free of our bodies. Free of the physical.
Looking down at the physical bodies, a fear is held in the chest area.
The White Buffalo is in the distance - running free.
Spirit running free, emotions flying high, physical heavy and grounded.
Everytime we look at the body, fear comes up in the emotions. What is the fear?
Then a sense of letting go of the body by the emotions. A snap. A split. The emotions released. But, a fear that the body stays the same. There is no healing of the physical.
Looking into the physical, the Jaguar takes us into the shadows. There is a sense of oldness, age. A limp. Staying in the shadows. Hurting. Running not an option. Chocolate shows me her back leg briefly. A flare of fire along her spine, hip and into the back leg.
The emotions have flown away, the physical has not healed. A sense though of standing still. Static. The Buffalo shows himself. This is the Divine Gift. The body may not become perfect, but it will not get worse from emotional harm. Age gets to us all.
Chocolate is loved and is Love. Love is all that is required.
We fly. Enjoying the feeling of freedom from the body. A sense of balance comes in between the physical, emotional and spiritual. All is in balance. All is exactly as it should be.
As we fly and look down on the physical, there is no fear now. Just love. Just gratitude. Thank you bodies for holding our past emotions, and our spirit.
As we come back to earth Spirit rejoins Physical. Emotions leave on the wings of the Stork. They leave with the wind. This is a new chapter. Body & Spirit. Combined until separated. Love is all that is needed now.
It is an interesting message this one. It is simple for Chocolate. Manage her hock joint with her where she has some arthritis. She has had this for a few years. She is bringing this to my attention. Nothing has changed with that joint in the last couple of years. In reality, since letting her go (from my worry and concern and anxiety about her body) her spirit has soared and she is relaxed and comfortable in her body. She is 25 (ish) now. Living each moment as it arrives.
What can we learn from this. What is the message for us?
Regarding the animals that choose to live with us I also think the message is simple : "Do not bring your worries and anxieties about their health to them. They are where they are and what needs to happen will happen. Follow your intuition and help and support them, but they do not want our fear added to their pain".
For ourselves I sense it is about managing our own emotions and physical body. Our soul is with us regardless and will leave when it is meant to. Our bodies are there to house our soul and learn what we are meant to learn in this lifetime. Our emotions get in the way of the learning, get in the way of connection, harm our physical, if we hold on to them. Let them go. Release them. Cry. Scream. Laugh. Run. Just always come back to Body and Spirit. If all emotions are released healthily the body will be healthy. But, we must also remember that the body ages and slows down. Do not fear aging, or death. Embrace both. Support the body as it ages. Listen to it, without fear or worry or concern, and the body will be at peace, until Spirit leaves and moves onto its next chapter.
