Started the day at 6 am by soaking in the hot tub
… with "supervision".
Yesterday Gary and I worked together in the garlic division of the garden.
We got it all dug! In the morning, Gary had to work shoeing horses. I finished digging, then left the picking up and inventory keeping to him. I felt really good about helping, but I could hardly stand up by noon. ππ
1705 bulbs of deliciousness!

Shelly told me that she was going to make a "herb spiral" and she got that done yesterday. As with many transplants, the individual items need a bit of recovery.
A herb spiral … I think I hadn't heard of this before. So cute!
After a rest, some lunch and pain killers, I chose some other tasks. I picked a lot of raspberries, picked and shelled some peas for the freezer, looked at Facebook and fell fast asleep! π€·πΌ♀️

This young firefighter lost his own home in Jasper. π₯
Tugs at my heart to see photos like this. Survivors search for food.
