The cave card comes in with the invitation for you to disconnect from the noise and busyness of everyday life. It is valuable for you to retreat into the quiet space within. To reconnect with your soul and the Divine. This is where you ground yourself with your higher self into life in the physical. It is where you can hear the whispers of the Divine and your soul.

You will feel it when you don't take the time to go within. You can feel ungrounded. Easily triggered and lashing out. You can feel empty and not able to restore your life force. It is spiritual self care to retreat into the quiet within.

Where can you create a retreat into quiet? It doesn't have to be a big, elaborate space. It can be as simple as a paper sign that says 'do not disturb, meditating', that you put up for 20 minutes or 10 minutes, whatever you can manage for the day. When you make it a regular practice, you not only benefit your life, but it ripples out from you into the world.
