Tollgate Farm Caravan & Camping Park is a quiet, family-run site set in acres of tranquil countryside, ideally located for all of Cornwall, with easy access to both north and south coasts, the Lizard Peninsula, Land's End, and all the attractions Cornwall has to offer.

Our site offers generous pitches situated within four enclosed areas, offering panoramic coastal views. As we are less than 1 mile to Perranporth's shops and beach, it is only a short drive. There are also three walks to the beach, the quickest being 15 - 20 minutes, with spectacular views. The easiest of which can be undertaken with pushchairs and young children, ranging to the coastal path for those who enjoy more of a challenge. Two of these walks end in Perranporth town and beach.

Camping Site Plan:

Perran has 27 hookups including 2 hard standings and 10 large camping pitches. During the quieter months, it is ideal for people without children it also has its own amenities block.

Rose is a smaller field with all pitches including electric hook up. It is noted for its more intimate feel and is ideal for families.

Willow is the largest field, with all pitches having electric hook up. There are 46 hook up pitches and 10 hard standing pitches. The hard standings and grass terraced pitches are adjacent to the playing field and the animal area. Overall there are 5 fully serviced pitches.

Meadow is our smallest most sheltered field, this is where we have the Log Pods which if you are bringing older children over 12 you may need to call us, all though older children can have a small tent next to the pod. Due to our location near to the coastal path we have a few spaces in this field for campers to use who do not have cars.

You get the best of both worlds. It's your own private eco-cabin without the hassle of a tent, and they're warm and cosy. LOGPODS are perfect for a family or a couple, if you're cycling, biking or touring.

The play area includes swings, slides, football pitch and assault course. The playing field provides a safe level area for games or just running about.

We have a collection of animals, including pygmy goats, chickens, rabbits and guinea pigs, which we encourage visitors to feed, pet and make friends with. Please remember that although our animals are all very friendly, they do not like being annoyed and dislike like loud noises, so we ask that you make sure your children are supervised, and make sure everybody washes their hands after petting the animals.

We have a Campers Kitchen with fridges, microwaves, toasters available for everyone to use.

Tollgate Farm is ideally located for exploring Cornwall. The north coast offers wide beaches, rugged cliffs and expanses of dunes, whilst the south coast is gentler, with wooded valleys, quiet coves and sleepy fishing villages.

Away from the coast, there is a wide variety of attractions for all the family, and catering for all tastes. The world-famous Eden Project is less than 30 minutes' drive.

For those seeking more energetic pursuits, there is a wide range of outdoor sporting activities in the area. Tollgate Farm is right next to Perranporth Golf Club, beautifully sited in the dunes. Perranporth beach is a popular surfing resort, and there are facilities for sailing, diving, canoeing, and many other water sports close by.

The city of Truro provides cultural entertainment, and the towns of Newquay, Falmouth, St Ives, Penzance and St Austell are all nearby, offering a wide choice of restaurants, pubs and entertainment. Or for quiet evenings visit some of the many coastal villages on both the north and south coasts.
